Sunday: 6:00 am – 8:00 pm
SESSIONS
A PRIVATE session is a great way to start your fitness program! It is a one-on-one session with a trainer. It is recommended for beginners, individuals with medical concerns, individuals recovering from injury or for individuals who prefer one-on-one personal attention.
The SMALL GROUP SESSION is a class of four-seven (4-7) persons. It is recommended for healthy individuals, with no medical concerns or injuries who enjoy learning in a group environment. Small Group sessions are scheduled during off-peak hours. You can form your own group or let us match you with others that have compatible fitness levels and goals.
Studies show individuals are more likely to stay committed to their exercise program when working within a small group.
FEES
PRIVATE SESSION
Four private sessions $297 per month.
SMALL GROUP SESSION
Four small group sessions $117.
BOOT CAMP SESSION
Four boot camp sessions $97.
Sessions are groups of 10-15 individuals offered during off-peak hours in Morningside Park.
Clients can add additional sessions based on availability.
Groups of four (4) or more people can schedule outside of their designated session slots by calling 24 hours ahead. The earlier you call, the better chance you have of scheduling the time you desire.
ALL SESSIONS ARE:
- 45 minutes.
- By appointment only.
- Discounted when purchased in packages of 12 or more sessions.
- Must be used within six-twelve months from date of purchase.
